Our Story

Lighthouse Children and Community Wellness Foundation (LCCWF) is a non-profit, non-governmental organization committed to improving the well-being of vulnerable children and strengthening the health and resilience of underserved communities.

Founded on the principles of compassion, equity, and sustainable development, the Foundation serves as a beacon of hope—guiding individuals and families toward healthier, safer, and more empowered lives.

We work collaboratively with communities, local authorities, and development partners to address critical social challenges affecting children and families, particularly in marginalized and resource-limited settings.

Governance & Leadership

Board of Trustees

The Foundation is governed by a Board of Trustees responsible for strategic oversight, policy direction, and accountability. Our board members bring diverse expertise in child welfare, public health, education, and community development.

Management Team

Day-to-day operations are managed by an experienced leadership team supported by dedicated program staff, field officers, volunteers, and community facilitators.
